I am honored to receive the recommendation of 3P Protect Perryman Peninsula and grateful for the opportunity to work alongside residents and community leaders who care deeply about the future of Perryman and Harford County.
My campaign is built around three principles: Presence, Effectiveness, and Accountability.
I believe communities deserve elected officials who show up, listen, tell the truth, and work directly with the people they represent. Too often, communities like Perryman and the Route 40 corridor have been overlooked while development decisions were made without meaningful input from the residents most affected by them.
Perryman is not a sacrifice zone. It is a historic and hardworking community that deserves thoughtful planning, environmental stewardship, infrastructure investment, and economic development that benefits residents instead of burdening them.
I support responsible, community-centered development that balances economic growth with quality of life, environmental protection, and long-term sustainability. That means improving infrastructure and public safety before approving additional large-scale industrial expansion, protecting our waterways and wellfields, preserving green space and public access, and ensuring development decisions reflect the needs of the community instead of outside interests alone.
For too long, portions of the Route 40 corridor have become overwhelmed by poor planning, neglected infrastructure, warehouses, and businesses that do little to strengthen the surrounding communities. Harford County deserves better. We should be attracting meaningful investment, supporting small businesses, improving recreational opportunities, preserving historic areas, and creating development that enhances property values and community pride.
I strongly support greater transparency and collaboration between residents, local government, developers, and community organizations like 3P. Residents should never feel excluded from decisions that directly impact their homes, neighborhoods, environment, and future.
I do not pretend to have all the answers, nor do I believe one person can solve every issue overnight. What I can promise is honesty, accessibility, and a willingness to work with the community to pursue practical solutions that protect the character, history, and future of Perryman and Harford County.
If elected, I will continue fighting for responsible growth, stronger infrastructure, environmental accountability, and a better quality of life for the people who call this community home.
