As proposed by Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly, please attend this urgent public hearing for the passing of Bill 23-005 (Moratorium-Warehouse), which would put a six-month hold on any approvals or permits on warehousing and distribution facilities in Harford County. This pause will allow the administration the necessary time to study the zoning and development regulations concerning mega-warehouses and their placement within the County.You must preregister if you wish to testify in support of the Moratorium, by emailing council@harfordcountycouncil.com or calling 410-638-3343.
