Public Hearing on Warehouse Zoning Bill 23-026

A public hearing will be held on Monday October 2, 2023 at 6:00pm for Bill 23-026 proposed by Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly.
Doors open at 5:00pm and a large turnout is expected.
The Bill would limit the size of new warehouses to 250K square feet and add new restrictions on large warehouse developments.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is limited to the following Legislation:
- Bill 23-026 (Amendments to Zoning Code Sections 267-4;267-60;267-126-Warehouse)
- Bill 23-027 (Apartments – B3-General Business District)
- Bill 23-028 (Charter Amendment – Term Limit)
