I’m writing to express my support for the intent of Bill 23-026, aimed at updating zoning codes for distribution centers in our county. This is a critical step, but the bill needs adjustments to fully serve the community.

I urge you to consider and adopt amendments addressing the five key areas suggested by the local advocacy group 3P and documented on their website, and resist the attempt by others to kill or dilute the intent of the bill.
