Harford County Bill No. 23-025 As Amended

This bill was introduced to extend Bill 23-005 for an additional 90 calendar days to place a moratorium on any approvals or permits for any development of any warehousing in five zoning districts in Harford County so that Harford County Government can study and reconsider its zoning and development regulations with respect to such facilities.

On June 20, 2023 the County Council voted 4-2 to change the extension from 90 days to 45 calendar days. Bill 23-025 as amended was approved the same day with a 4-2 vote.

    The destruction and overdevelopment of our county MUST STOP!!! The last administration is now being exposed for all the illegal permitting, zoning regulations, and County codes it continuously IGNORED!

    When my wife said she hasn’t been to Perryman since Gablers Crab House closed I decided to take her there and she was very saddened to see all those warehouses built
