Harford County Bill No. 23-025 As Amended
Adopted: June 20, 2023 by Council 4-2 vote
Set to expire: October 11, 2023 (45 calendar days)
This bill was introduced to extend Bill 23-005 for an additional 90 calendar days to place a moratorium on any approvals or permits for any development of any warehousing in five zoning districts in Harford County so that Harford County Government can study and reconsider its zoning and development regulations with respect to such facilities.
On June 20, 2023 the County Council voted 4-2 to change the extension from 90 days to 45 calendar days. Bill 23-025 as amended was approved the same day with a 4-2 vote.

Thank you!
The destruction and overdevelopment of our county MUST STOP!!! The last administration is now being exposed for all the illegal permitting, zoning regulations, and County codes it continuously IGNORED!
Enough is enough! You do not care because you don’t live here! Prove me wrong. Two members on the council have a vested interest in paving this county. I call that a conflict of interest Mr. Penman!
