 3P Protect Perryman Peninsula

3P is a grassroots, community based organization, striving to correct the egregious and illegal developments in Perryman and throughout Harford County.

The community’s vision grounded in eight pillars supporting Community Stewardship and Sustainable Planning.  The Pillars are:
    • Reversing Environmental and Racial Injustices
    • Promoting Community-Centered Development
    • Bolstering Infrastructure and Public Safety
    • Expanding Green Space and Waterfront Access
    • Acknowledging and Preserving Historic Contributions
    • Enabling Sustainable Economic Development
    • Developing Collaborative Planning and Governance
    • Codifying Policy for Long-Term Protection
