3P’s Recommendations
Harford County and Maryland PRIMARY Election
Over the past few months, members of the 3P Protect Perryman Peninsula coalition have been meeting with candidates of both parties in preparation for the upcoming primary election on June 23, 2026. This effort was done at the request of 3P supporters throughout Harford County asking for our thoughts on candidates best suited to support 3P’s vision for Perryman and our county.
Following the Steering Committee’s recent review and deliberation process, we are pleased to announce the 3P recommended candidates for the 2026 primary election.

The 34A guys, Andre & Steve both voted for the large Solar Fields on AG land negating our Zoning laws. I reached out to them and told Andre that when he was County Councilman for District A, he knew how hard we fought to protect Joppa. Did he think about us when he passed that bill? Not long enough apparently. So it may be that they were swept away by rhetoric, but they should not have voted that way. They should put Harford first, Democrat last. Disappointed in Andre and Steve.
Joppa has been loud and clear on this issue, and people are tired of feeling ignored. Local control matters, especially when it comes to zoning decisions that affect neighborhoods directly. Voters are going to remember votes like this, and they should be looking closely at every name on the ballot.
