Perryman Residents March Through Bel Air to Oppose Mitchell Farm Freight Terminal

The members of the Perryman community organized a protest march through the streets of downtown Bel Air on Tuesday March 1 to raise awareness in opposition to the mega-warehouse development on the Mitchell Farm. This 5.2 million square foot freight distribution terminal will have a negative impact on Perryman community and surrounding areas. Residents are concerned about drinking water, public safety, disparate impact and pollution to the Bush River and Chesapeake Bay.
